Paul Sohn

Main Conference Speaker

Paul Sohn is a leadership coach, best-selling author and Paul Sohn serves as the Director of the Center for Faith & Work at Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City. He is the best-selling author of Quarter-Life Calling, a book that has helped young adults discern and live out their calling with greater purpose.

Paul's work has been recognized by Christianity Today, which named him one of the Top 33 Under 33 Christian Millennials to Follow in 2014, and he received the John C. Maxwell Leadership Award in 2016. He holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a Master of Arts in Bible Exposition from Talbot School of Theology.

A 1.5-generation Korean-Canadian-American, Paul is passionate about helping people navigate the intersection of faith, vocation, leadership, and culture. He lives in New York City with his wife, Saehim, their daughter, Peace, and their twin sons, Irhe and Roi.

Drawing from themes in Confronting Christianity, this session equips professionals to engage common objections to Christianity with clarity, humility, and courage in everyday workplace conversations.

    In a region marked by spiritual skepticism and increasing secularization, Christian professionals have a unique opportunity to shine the light of Christ. This session examines the spiritual condition of New England, strategies for living and leading as a faithful witness in the workplace, and how to create opportunities for gospel conversations through character, excellence, and courage. Together, we will consider what it means to count the cost and embrace the mission of Christ in the marketplace.

The perceived importance of the work can make you feel that it rests on your shoulders. This session will focus on how as a Christ follower you can find your place in healthcare, fully embrace your God-given purpose, and release the burden of all that is not yours to carry.

    Every classroom shapes more than minds. It also shapes culture. Through lessons, relationships, and daily practices, educators help form the values, habits, and imagination of the next generation. This session explores how Christian educators can cultivate truth, goodness, and beauty while contributing to human flourishing in their schools and communities.

    ‍    Some of the greatest kingdom potential in any church sits in its pews each Sunday. God has entrusted His people with gifts, skills, influence, relationships, and resources that are meant to be deployed for His purposes in the world. This session explores a biblical vision for vocation and helps participants see how their everyday work can become a strategic avenue for advancing God's kingdom.

This breakout explores how the gospel reshapes every sphere of life, from our work and relationships to our ambitions and everyday responsibilities. Discover how Christ's lordship extends beyond the walls of the church and learn to live with a more integrated vision of faith, vocation, and discipleship.

Faith & Work 101

This four-course curriculum equips participants with a biblical vision for work rooted in God’s design, honest about brokenness, centered on Christ’s redemption, shaped by rhythms of rest, and anchored in the hope of new creation. Rather than offering career advice alone, the program forms the whole person—heart, habits, and imagination—helping participants integrate faith and work as worship and faithful presence in the world. The cost includes weekly teachings, two books, and take-home content each week.

Week 1

Created for Cultivation
God created us for meaningful work as his image-bearers, showing vocation as a gift rooted in identity, not success or productivity.

Week 2

Work Under the Curse
Sin has deeply distorted our relationship to work. Discover how work is entangled with idolatry, identity, and exhaustion.

Week 3

Work Redeemed
Through Jesus, God is restoring our calling by reordering our loves and redefining faithfulness. Work is no longer a means of self-salvation.

Week 4

Work and Rest as Trust
Sabbath is not an interruption of vocation but a declaration of trust in God’s provision and sovereignty.

Jonathan Moseley has served in New England since summer of 2012. He planted King’s Hill Church in 2018 and now serves as the Faith and Work Director empowering young professionals and students to live out a theological vision in their vocation.
