Christ Church Charlestown is a church in Charlestown, Massachusetts. Praise God that Christ Church Charlestown has had an incredible year! God allowed the five year-old church plant to merge with First Church in Charlestown, founded in 1632. Please pray for three things: (1) As they kick off their first fall in their new-to-them church building, please pray friends and neighbors will accept invitations to visit, worship, and even come to follow Christ. (2) Please pray for Christ Church’s Through Our Eyes Project in September and October; pray they give away 100 disposable cameras to people in Charlestown who will take photos of life and people in the neighborhood; pray these cameras and the photo project and exhibit will lead to Gospel conversations. (3) Pray as Christ Church launches new Community Groups, growing from 2 groups to 5 — pray for deeper discipleship and new Gospel friendships to develop.
