Through the Roof - How Leaders Remove Barriers to the Gospel
Ever wish every community member could fully participate in your church? Four friends dug a hole to get a paralytic to Jesus—and now it’s your turn. This session equips pastors to empower their leaders, break down barriers, and make inclusion a natural part of church life—all while keeping it practical, interactive, and maybe even a little fun. Leave with a one-page Leader Playbook and first steps for building an accessible church culture. (J.J. Owens)

Refocusing the Pastorate: The Call to Be Shepherds, Not CEOs
In an age of celebrity pastors and endless digital content, there is a pressure placed on pastors that their main role is to be a program manager, volunteer leader, and attractional speaker.  We've done a huge disservice to the pastorate and to the sacred calling God has given us. What does it truly look like to be a faithful shepherd of the flock God has entrusted to you, all while being accountable to the Chief Shepherd? (Dominic Raffa)

Why I can’t Recommend Becoming a Foster Parent but You Should Do It Anyway
Rich and Abbey Clegg have been foster adoptive parents for 17 years and have adopted 5 children through the NH Foster Care system. Abbey manages AdoptNH and one of her key roles is recruiting families for kids who need adoptive homes. This breakout session will focus on the realities of foster care and how you can be part of God’s redemptive mission in the life of families. This session will address the need for foster homes and how you can be part of helping families. (Rich and Abbey Clegg)

Spiritual Warfare: Fight Like Heaven
You are empowered by Jesus to command demons to leave and render them powerless—stop losing the same battles and take back your life in the authority of Jesus. In this breakout, you’ll learn how to expose and humiliate the enemy’s tactics, cancel the ground you’ve given him, and walk boldly in Christ’s authority. It’s time to stop living in fear and start walking in the freedom and victory Jesus already purchased for you. (Daniel McGhee)

Preparing for the Storm
In the midst of suffering and heartache we can lose trust in God’s goodness. In this women’s only session, we will discuss God’s main purposes for suffering in the lives of His children and how to prepare ourselves now so we don’t lose faith when all hope seems lost.  (Angela Sims)

Being Transformed into a Hope Bearer and a Spiritual Influence in Today’s Workplace
The workplace continues to be one of the greatest opportunities for Christian believers to impact the lives of others for the advancement of God’s kingdom. In this webinar, believers—including church members, leaders, laypersons, and pastors—will learn practical strategies on how to bring the hope of the Gospel into the workplace, how to be a spiritual influence at work, and how to express their Christian faith to non-believers in a respectful and non-threatening manner. (Rev. Frantzy Delphonse)
