Part-Time Youth/AV Director

CapeFaith Church in Osterville, MA, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Youth Pastor / A.V. Director to join our team. This dual-role position requires a passionate leader who can inspire and mentor our youth while managing the church's audio-visual needs.

Responsibilities:

Youth Pastor:

• Develop and implement engaging programs for middle and high school students.

• Lead weekly youth group meetings, Bible studies, and special events.

• Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to young people.

• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all youth.

• Collaborate with parents and church leadership to support the youth ministry.

A.V. Director:

• Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of all audio-visual equipment.

• Coordinate and manage live-streaming of services and events.

• Train and supervise A.V. volunteers.

• Ensure high-quality sound and video production during services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• A strong commitment to Christian faith and values.

• Experience in youth ministry and a passion for working with young people.

• Proficiency with audio-visual equipment and software.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a flexible schedule.
