Dr. Terry Dorsett

Executive director
Northborough, MA

During his decades of ministry, Terry has served in a wide variety of roles, from staff member at one of the South’s largest churches to pastor of a rural Vermont church that had less than 30 congregants when he arrived. His ability to relate to people from a variety of backgrounds, along with his experience in leading churches and mission organizations of various sizes, has given Terry a deep well of experience to draw from and the adaptability to help churches and mission organizations move toward positive growth. Since 2015 Terry has served as the Executive Director of both the Baptist Churches of New England and the Baptist Foundation of New England. Under his leadership, the endowments at the Foundation have grown by 30%.

Paul Biswas

Boston, MA

Dr. Paul S. Biswas has decades of experience in pastoral and teaching ministry, cross-cultural mission work, and evangelism. Paul is the pastor of the International Community Church and also an adjunct professor at several seminaries.

Bridjo Cobbs

Worcester, MA

Bree is a member at The Church on Seven Hills in Worcester, MA. She is a realtor in Worcester and also serves as a full-time Hospice Chaplain. She previously served nine years as a bookkeeper/executive assistant at the BNCE.

Neal Davidson

Sterling, MA

Neal serves as the Lead Pastor at Hope Chapel in Sterling, MA. He is one of the few second-generation Southern Baptists who is also from a long-time native New England family. Neal served as a church planter, and then as the Director of Missions for the BCNE for many years, including a term as interim Executive Director.

Sweyden Dibble

Manchester, CT

Sweyden owns a Charles Schwab franchise and serves as a deacon at First Baptist Church Manchester.

Lucky Dimmick, Jr.

Bethel, VT

Lucky has owned and operated Lucky's Trailer Sales in VT for decades and recently expanded into NH. He and his wife are very active with Cornerstone Church and also lead regional efforts for Operation Christmas Child.

Larry Green

Boston, MA

Larry recently retired after 30 years as a pastor. He has served on the board of many organizations in the Boston area and has a passion for helping churches make a positive difference in their community.

Jesse Smith

Rochester, NH

Jesse is a retired bi-vocational pastor who was also the accountant at a large company in NH for decades. He served in a part-time roll as the BCNE/BFNE accountant for 20 years before his retirement in 2020.

Kelsey Presley

Waterboro, ME

As a native of Waterboro, ME, Kelsey is steeped in the culture of Northern New England. And as a graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, she also understands how to bring theology into the everyday life experiences of Northern New Englanders. A master multitasker who is passionate about her relationship with Christ, Kelsey brings a rich cultural understanding to the BFNE board.

Shaunna Varin

West Warwick, RI

Shaunna is a Principal at DiSanto Priest & Co. and has been providing accounting and tax services for over 25 years to privately held businesses and individuals.  She is a certified public accountant with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration -with a concentration in accounting, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and is a member of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA).  Shaunna is a member of and serves as treasurer for Frenchtown Baptist Church of East Greenwich, RI.  She also has over 40 years of experience in Children’s Ministry.  Shaunna and her husband, Francis, have three daughters and seven grandchildren.

Diane Miers

Sturbridge, MA

After graduating from City College of New York with a degree in business administration, Diane has assisted both for-profit and nonprofit institutions for more than three decades. She was previously the controller for a number of businesses, including Aldrich Clean Tech Equipment and Alpine Industrial, Inc., and she currently works as the student account specialist at Anna Maria College. Diane has also served as the treasurer for several churches and Christian nonprofits.
