Registration Deadlines and Cost:

Early - Bird Registration, must be postmarked by May 17       $240
Regular Registration, postmarked by May 31                              $250
Late Registration, postmarked by June 7                                     $260

Chaperone Registration                                                                      $220

Registration covers:
CW program, 5 nights housing, 14 meals, and CW t-shirt.

Request a CW Packet complete with summary forms, permission forms, promo video and 2007 CW PROOF poster. Packets will be available mid April.
