The Farm and the Workers must be ready to receive the Harvest or the results will diminish proportionately. Are the church building and members ready for the harvest? We can labor and never see a lasting increase if the barns and the plant (churches and congregations) are in disrepair and not ready for the harvest. Foxes, vermin, holes in the barns and dishonest or unrepentant farm hands can destroy every bit of hard work it takes to bring in the harvest. It is imperative we prepare for the harvest before it comes in and be ready to receive the increase. Workers who do not have a clear understanding about the vision and purpose of the Harvest may unintentionally impede the yield. 
From the sign in front of the church, its welcome team and the ability of the body to love one another- there are numerous aspects to making the church and its congregation ready to evangelize and receive.
