So often, we regard Evangelism as an event or singular act done only by someone with the gift of evangelism and is relegated to the "How can I do this with the least amount of effort" department of our lives, exposing the truth that it is HARD WORK! It is the work that the body of the church has been called to do corporately. It is likened here to the Biblical metaphor of the hard work of the farmer. Individuals, the church or the Association need to regard Evangelism as a comprehensive process that follows the Laws of the Harvest and strategize to address each of the five stages to create a comprehensive plan for evangelism.
