The steps to take:

First - Many people have had to post claims against insurance companies for the different injuries that are common to inflatables.  This kit will not be rented to individuals, but to churches.  Each church wanting to reserve the kit must send us a certificate of insurance.  It’s important that you call your insurance provider and specifically tell them about your planned event and that “inflatables” will be used.  We need to have in our hands your insurance certificate no later than three weeks after you make the reservation.

Costs - The fee structure has three parts:
•    Reservation Deposit.  This fee is $100.  This is what the church pays to reserve the kit for a specific date.  It will be refunded after the equipment has been deemed in good shape by the BCNE after its use by your church.
•    Equipment Rental fee.  This fee is $250 for one day and includes the above listed equipment.  Each additional day in a multi-day reservation is $50.  The kit can be rented for only three days in succession.  This price is only valid if you've been trained to use it.
•    Supplies fee.  This amount is the cost of supplies for the popcorn and SnoCone machines.  Popcorn supplies are determined by charging $.65 per “ready packs” used.  SnoCone supplies are determined by charging $2.50 per 25 count of cones. (partially used packs of 25 counts will be charged as whole usage.)

Schedule - The following are about scheduling your reservation:
•    For each calendar year, reservations will not be taken before March 1.
•    Reservations must be made at least six weeks prior to the event. Therefore, the first possible reservation date is April 12, 2007.
•    A copy of your insurance certificate and your deposit must be given to us no later than three weeks after you make the reservation.
•    Margo Mylott, at the BCNE office, will be taking reservations.  You may reach her at 508-393-6013 ext. 0, or at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Example
1.    Call Ana and ask her to reserve the desired date.  If it’s available, she’ll write you down.
2.    Send in a deposit check of $100.
3.    Call your insurance provider and tell them what you’re doing with the inflatables and when, and then have them send a copy of the insurance certificate to us no later than three weeks after you made the reservation.
4.    You’ll be billed for the remainder.  This includes Equipment Rental fee and Supplies fee minus the reservation fee if the equipment is deemed in good shape.

Churches using the trailer are responsible for being trained in advance (through DVD training resource on request), pick up and return.
