The New Testament encourages a culture of accountability and interdependence, and the BCNE wants to foster that same atmosphere of bearing each other's burdens. We offer consultations and evaluations to meet the needs of our member churches, particularly those in transition or crisis. Some of the services we offer include:
Pastoral Support. When pastors need someone safe to talk to outside their congregation, BCNE staff members are available for email, telephone or in-person consultations.
Conflict Management and Resolution Resources. BCNE staff and leaders can help mediate conflicts within the church.
Transition Support. If your church is without a pastor, we can offer advice during your time of transition. If you are considering a merge or a complete restart, we can help you prayerfully work through the issues involved.
Interim Ministry. The BCNE keeps a list of men who are available to preach during a pastoral vacancy. We also train qualified men to serve as intentional interims during times of transition.
