A vision

When and where are the men of your church being developed into Disciples of Christ?  We believe every church should have a vision and plan to engage and develop the men of their church to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Men should lead the way in the knowledge of God and the understanding of His will. A good plan will be Biblical and intentional.  We challenge pastors and church leaders to adopt and promote a clear cut vision of developing boys to men are fully equipped to: worship and serve God, lead their families, love their wives, raise godly children and impact their places of employment, culture and world for the glory of God.  We believe each man is a powerful spiritual being and needs to be emboldened to utilize their God given gifts and passion in the global expansion of the Kingdom of God. 

Evangelizing Men

Men are the largest unreached people group in America.  If a church wants to grow, then reach men.  Surveys indicate that if you reach the head of the house (men) for Christ, then there is a 93% probability he will bring his whole family to church compared to an 8% likelihood that a child brought to Christ will bring his or her family with them to church.  Reaching men is by far the most difficult task the church faces today but the most productive. You can have church without men but you will never have a strong church without them.  Reach the men and you will impact the world.
