The focus of the Pastoral Leadership Development ministries is to assist in-service Pastor’s with learning opportunities in:
  • Skill Enhancement - Strengthening our capacities in preachingleadership, vision casting, preaching, discipling, and missional strategy.
  • Paradigm Growth - Since God is always at work and history is always progressing, there is a need to be continually reflective on how we most effectively join God in His activity.
  • Spiritual Formation - The message and the messenger are closely connected so it is vitally important that the Pastor be spiritually healthy. This aspect of our ministry focuses on the personal spiritual growth of the Pastor as a child of God.
Currently we have two primary formats for the delivery of these ministries.
  1. Peer Learning Communities - These are small groups of Pastors who gather for focused, mutual learning.
  2. Associational Pastoral Gatherings- We partner with local associations in delivering learning content for the regular pastoral gatherings.
